Traveling across the Caribbean monthly I have the opportunity to mix and mingle with people from each of the islands within the Eastern Caribbean. People on these islands are colorful, kind, authentic, quirky, and full of life. I want to share with experiences with the different islands.
While all the islands share similarities sun and the beach. Our landscapes and foods differ in views and tastes. Each island has its idiosyncrasies. I wanted to share with you guys why you visit the Caribbean and what food you should try. I want to you know when you are in a St Vincent, what is a typical Vincy breakfast? When you visit Barbados, what is the typical Bajan breakfast and lunch?
